Laptop Workshop store Laptop Workshop team and service counter

Our story

Laptop Workshop began in 2004 when Aaron Chapman spotted a simple problem: students needed reliable laptops at sensible prices. What started with supplying Apple, HP and Dell to universities across the South East quickly became something bigger.

From first store to two West Sussex locations

Our first store opened in Haywards Heath (2006) and was recognised as Best New Business (2008). We later expanded to Worthing, keeping both locations firmly rooted in West Sussex.

Repairs, done properly

We run full service centres in-store, repairing Windows laptops & PCs and Apple devices including MacBooks, iMacs, iPads and iPhones — from charging ports and batteries to advanced board-level work.

Experience you can trust

After 20+ years and 500,000+ repairs, we help hundreds of customers every week with honest advice, transparent pricing and fast turnaround.

New and refurbished tech

Alongside new laptops, MacBooks, PCs and accessories, we stock certified refurbished MacBooks and iMacs at competitive prices — ideal if you want premium tech without the premium cost.
