Frequently asked questions

Who can use Klarna?

Klarna requires users of its credit products to be at least 18 and UK resident. Other eligibility checks also apply and approval is subject to status.

Will I always be approved?

No. Klarna assesses purchases individually, so previous approval does not guarantee that Klarna will approve another purchase.

When are the payments due?

For a standard three-payment example, payments are typically split across the purchase date, around 30 days later and around 60 days later. Always check the exact schedule Klarna provides for your agreement.

Who provides the credit?

Klarna provides and administers the credit agreement. Laptop Workshop supplies the goods or repair service.

What happens if I have difficulty making a payment?

Contact Klarna as soon as possible. The lender is responsible for information and support relating to your credit agreement.
